Q.

#asktheexperts hello My 3 month old baby is currently 4.1kg. She is exclusively on breastfeed. Her birth weight was 3.2kg. At 5 days her weight was 2.7kg. Her weight is increasing but it’s very slow. Is it fine?

A. birth should be double around 4-6months and three times the birth weight at completing one year.. it is exclusively breast feeding recommended till baby complete six months.. mother milk helps in weight gain.. maintain gap between feeds at least two hrs..
