my is having cold and cough from 17th of this month in giving her cetrizine syrup and ascoril syrup and it has reduced little and now she is having loose motion from 3 days what to do

A. if the baby is having loose motions for the last three days you baby z and D drops 1 ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tube for 3 to 4 days
