Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. बच्चों को बुखार के लिए पेरासिटामोल दिया जा सकता है जो हर 6 घंटे में वापस दिया जा सकता है और शरीर को पानी से पूछ लीजिए जिससे शरीर का तापमान कम हो जाएगा
