A. hello mom if skin of baby is extremely dry then rather than using lotions you should use heavy cream of any good brand available in the market like pigeon or Himalaya or mama Earth sebeamed dove mother care if you want to go natural then you can apply coconut oil or almond oil u can also use Boroline cream or Vaseline petroleum jelly it works wonder on dry skin
