My husband and i both are working and my child is 1 yr 4 month old so what is good for her to join creche or I have to leave my job tell me what to do

It depends on your financial position ,or your career , whether any one to take care baby either elders or outsourcing nanny or baby sitter ,full time maid । If you are financially stable and can re-start your caree after years when baby starts schooling then it's better to quit for a while. If you have no option to look after baby, duty timings are flexible and you can manage then you can join in creche/day care center or opt for nanny /baby sitter..
