Q.

my husband age is 37. his glucose fasting level is 225. please give me a food chart that control it.

A. Hello mom it’s quite on a higher level , hence make sure both diet and exercise are important for him so walking , yoga or dance workouts would be beneficial, diet avoid sugary and refined foods for him as well .. give him small meals at regular Intervals so seasonal fruits and vegetables, millets, avoid rice in the night time instead have in the day time , lentils and legumes would be beneficial as they are whole grains
