I my fasting glucose levels high how to control it

A. mam it is advisable to get yourself evaluated byva doctor because if the levels are high then you might need some medicines or insulin to control it. also you should do atleast 10,000 walk steps daily. try to control sugary food items and drinks and avoid maida and oily and outside food items and eat homemade food only.
