ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Heartburn is extreme acidity so first of all avoid spicy oily fried foods and limit coffee and tea intake and in morning take one teaspoon coriander cumin and saunf boil them till it remains half and drink it like warm

So You just have cold milk before you go to sleep directly from the refrigerator I think that’s going to help also there is no detail about yourself that you have mentioned whether you are pregnant or you delivered anything for that matter so this is the home remedy that I am advising
