My health is week.....what kind of food take then am strange...

A. hello you should be having a healthy and nutritious food in the diet and you should include fruits and vegetables well in the diet and also the vitamin rich food in the diet which would be helpful for you and also have plenty of fluids which also would be helpful for you and calcium supplement by checking with your doctor
