A. Post-partum hair fall is common and often temporary. Consider these Indian remedies: 1. **Oil Massage:** Regularly massage your scalp with warm oil, such as coconut oil or almond oil. This promotes blood circulation and strengthens hair. 2. **Amla (Indian Gooseberry):** Include amla in your diet or apply amla oil to your hair. Amla is rich in vitamin C, which helps in hair growth. 3. **Fenugreek (Methi) Seeds:** Soak fenugreek seeds overnight, grind them into a paste, and apply it to your scalp. Rinse after some time. Fenugreek is known for its hair-strengthening properties. 4. **Yogurt and Curry Leaves Mask:** Mix yogurt with curry leaves and apply it to your scalp. Curry leaves are rich in antioxidants and nutrients that can help in hair growth. 5. **Shikakai and Reetha:** Use a hair wash with shikakai and reetha (soapnuts) as a natural alternative to commercial shampoos. Remember, a balanced diet with plenty of water, adequate sleep, and managing stress are crucial factors in addressing post-partum hair fall. If the issue persists, consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice.
