Q.
my hair strated falling just after 15 days of delivery.its been since I suffering from this problem..any solution to stop this as the quantity of hair falling every time I comb and shampoo my hair are very high . please help

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy5 years agoA. kindly take adequate diet for yourself along with health supplements like calcium vitamin and multivitamins and iron. take a liquid diet made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits which will help in increasing blood circulation as well as nutrition for the hair .massage with coconut oil daily
