A. Hair fall usually happens because of many factors and most of the time its multifactorial. Most important is the requirement of proper nutrition where a diet rich in good amount of protein iron and other micronutrients is important. Iron and Zinc also plays important role. Other factors could be hormonal disbalance specially thyroid hormone .... A good care along with maintainance of proper hygiene is also necessary ..... Use good product specially a mild shampoo with a good conditioner.

A. Its Mausi due to deficiency of iron and sometimes due to infection also in the scalp you get a check with your dermatologist ones whenever you get time as early as possible but in the meanwhile I’m going to advise you to prepare an onion oil at home you can find a recipe online start applying that if you get good results with that then your job is done
