Q.

My hair has been started falling when my baby was just 3 months old. Now she is going to be turned 2. Still I have intense hair fall and thickness completely gone. My thyroid level was checked during starting time of my pregnancy. May I need to check again ?? How to prevent my hair fall??

A. yes definitely you need to check your thyroid level u need to take protein rich diet also include more and more proteins in your diet it will help to maintain the hair fall and they do not take any kind of stress is stress is also one of the reason which causes hair fall
