my grandson is just 12 days old , he was 2.5.kg weight when born , he has not put on any weight, he is the same , but taking breast feed every 2hrs .30 to 60 ml mothets milk

Look at the child is not gaining weight with the breastfeeding that’s been given then it would be good for you to start giving formula feeding to the child which is what is going to be for good for better gain and growth of your child prior to that you should consult a lactation specialist or a paediatrician once
