my grandson 7 years sleep 7 hours a day.sleeps late wake up late

A. Minimum sleep at this age what is required is at least 8 to 10 hours and minimum is eight at any cost so you should avoid giving the daytime nap completely to the child the child would sleep early and will wake up in the morning and sleep at a stretch for 8 to 9 hours
