My grand son suffers from constipation. His doctor prescribed muout to him. We are giving it alternate day. His intake of fibre, fruits and water is good but the problem persists. Is there any natural treatment?

A. To help stool passage give plenty of fluids including fruit juice and include seasonal fruits and vegetables in diet and avoid maida products like biscuits and if required use evaq syrup 5 ml twice a day for 5 days . . ..
