Q.
My daughter is having constipation, doctor has suggested MuOut+ powder with water. Can we give MuOut with milk also?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. can give, but it is good to give with water. Give more fiber-rich fruits and vegetables and drinking more water will help in constipation. also allow some active play on floor.

It prevents dry and hard stools and allows the easy passage of stools from the body. It is also used before certain medical procedures to empty the bowels
