Q.

my girl one upper tooth broke in may ,it's been more than 3 months . there is no new tooth coming . another tooth broke a week ago and new tooth is visible . why the previous one is still not visible ?

A. hello mam it is better to visit a dentist for this as the the trauma can cause the delayed eruption of the permanent tooth or some fragment of the milk tooth might have lodged in the bone

A. Impaction. When a permanent tooth is unable to erupt it can be known as impacted. Impacted teeth are those that develop completely underneath the gum line. Impaction can occur as a result of narrow jaws, prematurely lost baby teeth, or a lack of space.
