my girl milk intake is very less. she hardly drink for 4 5 min at a time at a gap of 3 4 hours and sometimes more than that. her weight is 4kg. she looks too lean

The weight of ur baby is fine.
If ur baby is active and playful, taking proper sleep, gaining weight, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day then that means ur baby is taking sufficient feed.
