Q.

My girl is 4 year old asnd she is 12 kg, is jas just gained half kg weight from last 2 years, but she is very active. Is that a issue? Ehat should I do to make her gain weight??

A. Hai good morning !! Baby is under weight 12kg for 4 years age . As baby is active ,achieving all milestones no worries about weight.. Give balanced diet with all fruits,vegetables,cereals,grain diary products,egg,meat in regular diet. Include banana,mango,potato,cereals,idly,ghee,cheese, butter,curd,paneer,dals(moongdal,chana ,toor dal,urad dal,chole) ,nuts,seeds,egg,meat in regular meals helps in weight gain.
