My girl is 3 now. She loves non-veg. May I introduce 3types of non-veg (egg,chicken,fish) in a same day?

Vritika AroraMom of a 5 yr 2 m old child3 years agoA. Hi dear mom Yes u can give all the three in the same day. There is no problem in that.. Non vegetarian food is rich in protein.. But also make sure that u give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups. Take care
