Q.

My girl is 27 months old sings 2 3 rhymes but can’t not communicate or make sentences and does not try to repeat the word I’m saying, if I ask her to repeat it she says no, what should I do?

A. hello since the child is 27 months old it is better to check with your doctor and check if speech therapy is needed and also encourage your child and give it more opportunity to speak and this will improve the speech on kids gradually n not to worry
