my girl is 21 months old and she has very dry skin .. chapped feet what to do to make her skin smooth n dryness free .

Evion vitamin E cream you can can apply on the entire body craft seat I would advise you to make your child have Vaseline on to that area and just cover it with socks for the timing is not sleep and make a child wear shoes or Sanders whatever is comfortable for you
