it's okay..kids can achieve their milestones at different timings..
babies usually get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 18 months..
gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip to facilitate the eruption process of teeth

both things are normal.
because usually babies learn to walk at the age between 12 to 18 months age and they also get their teeth at the age between 6 to 15 months.
so don't worry.
