my girl is 10months old. till now she didn't have her 1st tooth. please help me what should we do

Nothing to worry. The first tooth can erupt as late as 1st Birthday. Masssage the gums to hasten tooth eruption.Just maintain good oral hygiene and keep your child well hydrated and healthy.
