My girl has little little red patches on her hands .. sometimes it visible sometimes not.. what is it?she is absolutely fine..m attaching a picture.. plz tell what to do?

A. hello mum sometime it happens because of the allergy from something and most probably this can be because of the food allergy to you have to notice after what having which food your child is having this problem or you can go for the hemopathic medicine for this
