My girl child is 3years 11months old now please suggest me which medicine is suitable for her when she gets food poisoning or to avoid vomiting ?

Domastal you can give during this time it really is going to be quite beneficial it’s one of the most common medicine suggested by the doctors also for food poisoning it’s better to check with the paediatrician they can guide you right medication because it would require a course of antibiotics
