My girl baby is 5m old weighing 6.2kg but not chubby what should i do to the kid for gaining weight and chubbies

A. Weaning food can be started from 5-6 months of age and in that initially in the initial stage you can introduce some semi solid food to the baby like Banana mango plum boiled Apple and then gradually you can start with some purie of carrot potato and srome ogther foods which can be given are porridge of suji sabudana which can be prepared in breast milk or formula milk. initially you can start with one or two tsp which can be gradually increased up till at least three meals in a day

A. Hi mom ideally the weight gets double the birth weight by five months. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day, gaining weight then that means your baby is a healthy baby. Do not go by the appearance. Every chubby Baby is not healthy baby.
