Q.

My girl baby is 2.5 months old. I am continuously feeding my baby but still I'm getting my periods every month and my periods stay upto 7-8 days. what factors cause my periods? Whether it will decrease the milk supply?

A. no periods will not decrease the milk cafor further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management

A. Though certain health conditions may cause irregular periods, hormonal changes are the most common cause when you're breast-feeding. Once you start to ease up on breast-feeding, especially after the first year as your baby gains more nutrition from foods, your periods will start to normalize again.
