Q.

#asktheexperts my baby is 7 months old and I am feeding him but from the very first month I m having my periods generally doc says that if u are feeding your baby you might get your periods but I m getting my periods regularly that too with a heavy flow for 7 days...is that ok...??

A. It is not compulsory that even if you are exclusively breast-feeding your baby you should not get your cycles for a couple of months periods Can start immediately also. They tend to be heavy and painful for the first couple of months and eventually it will get back to normalWrite Your Answer Here
