my girl baby 8 months 21 days old and her weight is 7.9kg.. she suffering from cold and fever is 102' F & from morning she vomiting 2 to 3 times. I concerned doctor & they told to give Mefthol P syrup. is it control vomiting also please suggest me. and which type of food can I give to her.

A. first they suggested calpol sir, i said fever is 102 F instead of it they sugesst Mefthal P

A. at present give calpol drops 1 ml three times a day and Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination if required there is need for appropriate investigations also in this regard o k
