My four year baby girl gets rashes on her private part please suggest treatment and what are the causes for rashes? she don't wear diapers...

It Could be probably due to set is waiting into that area because a lot of times you do sweating in that area also this can happen so once I would advise you get a check with your doctor as it could be either due to sweat or some kind of an allergen infection there
