My four month baby boy is developing face rashes I’m using creams but it is not subsiding. Please suggest

A. Hello my dear parent! Baby acne is a very common thing which is mostly found in the newborn. Which time it will get better. If there is any visible discomfort in the baby, then let your doctor know that and seek further guidance in this matter. Good luck and take care.
