My Four and half month baby is doing lot of water consistent poop around 5-6 A.m in morning mostly everyday.Is it ok?

A. If it us happening just once in a day then it’s okay but if all day baby is passing watery motion then you should consult the doctor as it seems the baby is not able to digest milk
