My FL is 11.9 in 28 weeks scan, please suggest some good protein powder safe for the third trimester.

Mam do PROHANCE is supposed to be really very good but we don’t recommend to take any protein powder without doctors recommendation this is excellent in general course of life but whether during pregnancy the doctor would recommend this or any other better than that please proceed with your doctors advice only
