My five years old having some bunch of small pimples kind on her skin they are not watery but they get dried up and leave marks.

Warts The maybe because you are saying it is with water and appearing and disappearing on its own it’s better that you get it checked with your doctor most of the times these things happen on their own and they quit but they do leave a mark so in this case you can use some camphor and coconut oil mixture and applied regularly
