Q.
my five months old daughter sleeps 10 hour in a stretch shall I feed her on demand at night or I should wake her up for feeding in middle.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom that’s absolutely fine as the baby is able to sleep at a stretch without any discomfort and disturbance . It’s ok to feed on demand as the baby is full enough and not hungry

ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, in the initial stages it’s advisable to give frequent feeds. And if she is receiving frequent feeds during the day time then at night you can give a gap of four to five hours max. Night feeds are equally important to maintain your milk supply
