My five-month-old daughter has redness in her private area that looks like a diaper rash. I thought it was a simple rash, so I applied coconut oil, but it has not improved. She also passes urine very frequently, in small amounts. I am beginning to wonder if it could be a urinary infection . redness is there but one good thing is she didn't cry while piing What might be the problem? Any suggestions?
