sometimes you don't have any issues.
work on your diet and lifestyle.
take folic acid and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

Do you know you’ll be surprised to know that to pregnancy is for the same woman can be completely different so it is not necessary that if you face any issue in the first pregnancy will have it in the second also but you do have to make sure that you get all the tests and scan is done before you can save your second pregnancyWrite Your Answer Here
