my first child is 22 months old stopped breastfeeding two months back bcos of conceived with second baby if stopping feeding can make breast enlarged or can come mastitis problem sometime little thick milk producing in breast or it will dry up own bcos of conceived if taking tablet for stopping milk (milk will reduce for second baby ?)
