my first baby is girl she is 3 year now..then i have boy...bu he was dead...because he born at 8 month complet ....my baby girl having growth harmon defficiency....during second baby my water breaks...at 8 month completion....then can i take another chance or not

take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
eat protein rich diet.
walk for half an hour daily.. only a healthy mother can carry a healthy child

mam, ideally you should keep gap of atleast 6 months for this
but as you have went through many serious health conditions ,I would advise you to try once you are mentally and physically prepared well.
and the gap should be atleast one year .
