A. Yes, you can continue breastfeeding your 1-year-2-month-old baby even if you are pregnant and 9 weeks along. However, it's important to keep in mind that hormonal changes during pregnancy can affect milk supply and breastfeeding may become uncomfortable due to tender breasts and nipples for some women. Some mothers may also find that their milk supply starts to decrease during pregnancy, while others may continue to breastfeed their older child throughout pregnancy and tandem feed. Consulting with your doctor or a lactation consultant can be beneficial to assess your milk supply and determine the best course of action, depending on your pregnancy and health history. Also, focus on maintaining a healthy and balanced diet, staying hydrated, and getting enough rest, which can support continued breastfeeding and healthy pregnancy progression.
