Q.

My father in law said not to have spinach/greens/lettuce as dinner. Is that wrong? I've been having it in noon and night since childhood and no issues so far

A. Hello Are u suffering from thyroid or kidney stones or any other health related problem because in kidney stones many people think Palak , tomato should not be used But if u r all wel no need to avoid all these things Yes if u have gas issue then have it little cooked and avoid raw
