Hello #experts, My kid is having spinach paratha daily in lunch as well as in dinner. I use a bowl of spinach. Is it ok to have such paratha daily? Bcs some says it causes kidney stones so just wanted to confirm.

A. never heard that having spinach wl cause kidney stone.. you may gv daily if the baby is liking ... but baby should hv all foods fruits and veg ..as to get essential nutrients fr healthy growth and balanced diet.. take care...
