My duaghter is 15 months old, Her head is still soft on the top, What should we do?

A. they are fontanelle and usually they will close by maximum 18 months of age and only sometimes by 2 years of age. they are normally present in all infants and is important for the development growth of the brain it is important to see that the child is nnot suffering from calcium and vitamin d deficiency as well as the child is not having 'any other complaints because their deficiency is the common cause of delayed closure of fontanelle.

A. It becomes completely okay bye the age of 17 to 18 months if it does not fill up by then then you should be getting a check with your doctor but you still have time you can just wait for e.g. bit of monthsWrite Your Answer Here
