Q.

my doughter is 3 month old and I have low milk supply issue.. I feed my baby combine milk .. breastfeed and formula milk both....but I don't want to give formula milk so what can I do for increase my breastmilk supply

A. You can start raking sharavari capsules from Himalaya twice a day after meals and include fenugreek abd fennel in your daily routine and have a glass if water after feeding and massage your breast towards nipple
