Q.

My daughter is two months old, due to low milk supply I can't able to breastfeed her often. Can I combine formula alondg with breastmilk for feeding? or is there any herbs or medication to increase milk supply.

A. Don’t combine both the milk instead you can give alternately to the baby and for improving milk flow you can start taking shatavari capsules from Himalaya twice a day after meals and drink plenty of water

A. Hello dear parent! Make a good skin to skin contact with your baby while breastfeeding your baby to stimulate breastmilk. Include methi in your daily diet to increase breastmilk supply. If required please consult a lactation expert for advice. Good luck and take care.
