Q.
my doghter is 2years 4 months old she is not talking her mother tougue and not responding what ever we say??but she is reading all the alphabet and identifying letters where ever she see...what shall I do to develope her communication with us??

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. not talking mother tongue what is the language you use at home to communicate at home please keep one language as the baby will be confusing
one language baby will learn easy and respond also

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and most of the babies start speaking properly up to the age of three years and please talk to your baby more and share nursery rhymes with your baby and if still you have any doubt then evaluate once with doctor or any speech therapist in person.
