my does is not eating food. i have tried everything. what could b the reason and should i visit doctor for this ?

A. Teething is commonly one reason second could be due to lack of haemoglobin or iron in the body kids don’t like to eat while it actually affects their appetite so I’m just going to recommend you to please get it examined with your doctor
