Q.
My doctor has informed that flu vaccine are need to be given to my baby in 6th and 7th month. Flu 1 and Flu 2, but is not sharing the name of vaccine. Can someone tell me what are these vaccines and what's the name of this vaccine?

Influenza vaccine or the flu vaccine is basically a vaccine which protects against different strains of flu viruses including swine Flu virus which causes symptoms specially in children because of less immunity. Though it is not a mandatory vaccine but it should be given to every child to protect against different flu infection which is very commotn every year . this vaccine is given after 6 months of age and initially two doses are given one month apart then every year single dose is required . It isd not documented but still studies suggest that to some extent it may give partial protection against covid infection .

Flu Vaccination is the name and it is not provided in government Vaccination card,only private hospitals, Paeditricians will do Vaccinations . Ask your Paeditrician price and two shots will be given at a gap of one month around 6-8 months. It will immunize against common flu,cold which are most common in kids mostly people live in cold areas (low temperature areas).
